Clerk’s
report:

Reports have been received about
rubbish being dumped in areas around the former Officers' Mess
site. WLDC has been informed.

Hedges have been cut around the
village green.
Police Report: PCSO Walkling
reported that there have been no major issues in the village recently. He
also informed the meeting that Notices have been served on motor vehicle
owners for illegal parking..
Reports from representatives
of District/County Councils and other outside bodies:

County Councillor K Bridger answered
questions on matters regarding the village and informed the meeting
that there is now a bus service between market Rasen and Louth,
calling at Brookenby, on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Cllr B Purdy, as Chairman of the
Parish Plan Steering Group, informed the meeting that members of the
Steering Group are hoping to complete the Parish Plan in the
near future.

(ii) It was resolved that
the following be approved for payment:

(iii) The following
deferred matters were resolved:
a.
That Mr C Camm should carry out handy man work for the Parish Council for
2 hours per week.
b. A Bobcat
and a post-hole digger be hired
