Parish Council meetings are held every first Tuesday of the month in the Parish Council Meeting room in the Community Centre. Meetings start at 7:00pm with a short, 10 to 15 minute session before the formal meeting when you may put forward your views - either on an item on the agenda, or for inclusion on the following month's agenda. Local government procedures preclude any discussion of subjects that are not on the agenda and have therefore not been publicised.
The formal council meeting starts at 7:15 pm when members of the public may remain to listen, but may not join in the discussion. However, any member of the public who may have specialist knowledge of the item under discussion may approach the Chairman and ask if he may put forward some advice. It is then up to the Chairman to agree or not.
Little Red Riding Hood' - a pantomime. Times as follows:
Friday 16 Dec 11 - curtain up at 7.30pm

Sunday 18 December - curtain up at 2.30pm
The Limelight Theatre Group is to present a single showing of 'The Grinch' on 19 December as part of Brookenby's Christmas festivities. Food and drink will be available as well as fund raising events to raise funding for the Queen's Jubilee celebrations next year.
