Brookenby shop

You will all be aware that our shop closed on 25 April 2010.  The freehold, which includes the shop and the flat, was up for auction on 19 May 2010.

There are a number of rumours circulating regarding the sale / purchase of the shop so, although a resident has put in an offer to purchase, the result of that offer is yet unknown.
